Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using SL Ads Hub. By accessing this platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SL Ads Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By registering or using SL Ads Hub, you confirm that you are 18 or older. The Platform is intended for adults only. Any use by minors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your OTP codes. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. SL Ads Hub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Ad Posting Rules

Users may post ads in the following categories only: Girls Ads, Boys Ads, Shemale Ads, Live Cam, and Spa & Wellness. All ads must be truthful, accurate, and comply with applicable Sri Lankan laws. You must not post ads that are misleading, fraudulent, promote illegal services, involve minors, or contain abusive or harmful content. SL Ads Hub reserves the right to remove any ad at its discretion without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on this Platform: content involving individuals under 18 years of age, non-consensual sexual content, content promoting violence or illegal activity, spam, fake listings, impersonation of another person, or any content that violates Sri Lankan law. Violations may result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Payment & Plans

SL Ads Hub offers paid plans (Basic, Standard, and Premium) to boost ad visibility. All payments are non-refundable once processed, unless there is a verified technical error on our part. Pricing is displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and is subject to change with prior notice.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SL Ads Hub provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any content posted by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SL Ads Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months prior to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
